| Sea bream | 300 g |
Salt the fish and place a sprig of thyme inside. Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes.
Boil the quinoa in salted water at a 1:2 ratio (quinoa to water).
Sauté the vegetables in a pan with ghee.
