Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
Mash the banana with a fork until it becomes a puree and add it to the eggs.
Pour in the coconut milk.
Add the flours; the batter should have the consistency of low-fat kefir (thin but not watery).
Add a pinch of salt and some baking powder.
Grease the pan with coconut oil.
Cook over medium heat.
Serve with yogurt and fresh berries.
